Then read on.About the RoleAccountable for the provision of P2P – accounts payables services to the AIA Group of Companies within Asia PacificJob Descriptions:Accounts Payable:Process all invoices in Ariba/SAP from 3 way matching (verifying purchase orders, good received and invoice) to payment, ensure timely and accurate posting and paymentProcess staff claim by verifying supporting document and staff entitlement, timely & accurate staff disbursementLiaise closely with vendor and requestors on any queries or matters pertaining order and payment by providing timely and satisfactory response on all queriesFollow up on invoice exceptions and ensure exceptions being investigated and closed on a timely basis.Prepare and send out the Open PO Listing quarterly to ensure respective parties close the PO on timeOthers:Ensure all processing and reconciliations are completed at month-endEnsure tasks are performed in accordance with the internal control procedures as per the SLA agreed with Local Business UnitsSupport Specialist in preparing critical metric Report for the processesPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirementsJob Requirements :Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance/Accountancy or equivalentGood knowledge of accounting standards and principlesGood knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and WordTechnical knowledge in SAP, ARIBA and Concur will be an advantageGood interpersonal skills, problem solvingForward thinker in ensuring all required task and activities are recorded in relevant system accurately and promptly.
