- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
- 3-5 years of solid experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to lead teams or develop and scale IT-related businesses or platforms
- Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, or launching new business lines
- Experience engaging with corporate clients, manufacturing industries, or service agencies is preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
- Fluent in Mandarin (compulsory), with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Highly resourceful, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies, including go-to-market and growth roadmaps
- Identify new market opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with B2B clients, including corporates, factories, and agencies
- Collaborate with IT, product, and operational teams to align product development with market needs
- Spearhead efforts in fundraising, investor relations, and expansion plans
- Build, lead, and scale impactful business units or platforms to serve thousands of clients
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment with regulatory bodies and business objectives
- Drive the company's growth trajectory from startup to IPO readiness
- C-Level or senior leadership position with decision-making authority
