- Provides administrative and operational support in the procurement process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documents.
- Assist in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and communication.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Support reporting and documentation of procurement activities.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years. Preference for candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with procurement systems is an advantage.
