Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities: Provide network support and troubleshooting services covering technologies including but not limited to-Routing/Switching/Wireless/Security: Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5. Analyze and diagnose network/performance issues, propose technical solutions investigate root causes and develop improvement plans. Coordinate with service providers (hardware vendors, global carriers) for joint troubleshooting and issue resolution. Conduct regular health checks for network devices and documentation. Implement network change requests following standardized procedures to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain network operation procedures and Standard Operating Documents (SOP). Provide 24/7 global network support through shift rotations. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Networking or related discipline. Minimum 3 years in network operations. In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, OSPF, BGP, firewalls, IPSec VPN, QoS, WLAN, DHCP, DNS, load balancing, CDN. Hands-on experience with network devices: Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 Strong analytical and communication abilities (Mandarin& English).
