Are you a finance professional who excels in driving operational efficiency and process improvement We are seeking a results-oriented Manager, Order To Cash to lead the operational excellence of our billing and cash application functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes, while driving automation, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. By optimizing working capital and enhancing the customer experience, you will play a critical role in supporting sustainable business growth. Here&aposs How You Will Add Value: O2C Process Management Oversee accurate and timely billing in accordance with contractual terms, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage end-to-end cash application processes, ensuring efficient allocation of incoming payments, and timely resolution of unapplied or unidentified cash. Monitor billing accuracy and payment matching to minimize disputes and financial leakage. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to facilitate efficient payments and address concerns. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, working to resolve disputes and maintain a positive customer experience. Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances, implementing proactive measures to reduce delays. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and manage key O2C metrics, such as days sales outstanding (DSO), accounts receivable aging, and collections effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on O2C performance, providing insights and recommending improvements to optimize the process. Conduct periodic reviews of accounts to ensure accurate invoicing and effective collections. Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvement Lead initiatives to automate and digitize billing and cash application processes (e.g., e-invoicing, electronic payment matching). Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort, shorten cycle times, and improve data accuracy. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to optimize ERP systems and leverage technology to strengthen O2C efficiency. Leadership and Team Development Manage and mentor the O2C team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Conduct training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills in order management and collections. Facilitate clear and open communication within the team and across departments to align on O2C priorities and challenges. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure adherence to financial policies, credit guidelines, and compliance regulations throughout the O2C process. Identify and mitigate risks within the O2C cycle, including credit risks and exposure to bad debt. Coordinate with auditors for periodic reviews, providing necessary documentation and addressing any findings. What you&aposll need to succeed: Qualifications Candidate must posess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Work Experience 7 + years in an O2C, accounts receivable, or credit management portfolio. 3 + years in a managerial role in O2C function. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of the O2C process, including order processing, billing, credit assessment, and collections. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
