Key Responsibilities Lead training material elevation by refining and updating product guides, competitive comparisons, and presentation decks to ensure high-quality, impactful training content. Ensure all training materials are visually engaging, easy to follow, and brand-compliant. Maintain and enhance the LMS content library to keep modules current and relevant. Support product training delivery for new model launches, product refreshers, and competitive analysis when required. Work closely with the Manager and existing Senior Executive to ensure training content aligns with market needs and sales strategies. Coordinate and work with external training vendors for role-based and soft skills programs. Participate in product-related events, including test drives, dealer launches, and product demonstrations as a support trainer. (For Assistant Manager level) Oversee content quality control across the department and mentor other trainers. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Automotive, Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years (Senior Executive) or 5 years (Assistant Manager) in training, product specialist, or automotive sales roles. Strong automotive product knowledge; EV knowledge is an advantage. Proven ability in content creation and visual presentation design. Proficiency with PowerPoint and visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel for dealer training and events.
