
Customer Service Coordinator (Supply Chain) – MNC Pharma

- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, managing day-to-day order servicing activities, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide a full range of customer service support, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues related to order, shipment, and delivery.
- Monitor and manage order fulfillment issues to ensure completeness and timeliness of shipment arrangements.
- To ensure prompt and professional resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentations and records retention which comply to company policies.
- Ensure full compliance to company policies and SOPs.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with E-invoicing and other related projects.
- Support company initiatives for process improvement.
- Prepare reports
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in related discipline.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain related
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure environment.
- Able to work in fast-paced working environment.
- Applicant with SAP experience is added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office
