Job Responsibilities To market and promote a comprehensive range of retail banking and investment products and services to increase the branch&aposs customer portfolio and revenue within the prescribed policies and guidelines. To market and cross sell the bank&aposs mortgage financing facility and services to increase branch&aposs customer portfolio and business within the prescribed policies and guidelines. Manage the business development in sourcing, developing, expanding and implementing new business opportunities, by setting clear objectives with action plans in order to maximize individual and branch performance. Participate, plan and support sales activities and campaigns i.e. marketing visitation, appointment, sales presentation, campaign promotion, events organising to drive sales volume. Responsible to take the initiative and actions towards achieving personal and branch as well as business targets such as soliciting new-to-bank customers through securing approved and accepted loans, across selling CASA, internet banking, credit card and other products and services to generate revenue for the Bank. Constantly identify new strategies and approach to generate new business opportunity from internal and external stakeholders. Support branch after sales maintenance to maintain branch business objective. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, accounting other relevant professional qualifications. At least five (5) years of working experience in retail banking industry with good track record of performance achievements. Excellent understanding of retail banking business and have strong business acumen and results oriented. Strong networking with developers, real estate agents, valuers, solicitors, insurer and etc. Good communication and presentation skills. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage. Good credit writing skills and able to articulate the business proposition to management. Knowledge in retail banking and wealth management products. Show more Show less
