- Assist with all aspects of SPX's in-house/in-source couriers, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, payroll and disciplinary processes.
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project continuity and execution
- Identify and resolve operational challenges and develop effective solutions
- Support the improvement and optimization of existing project processes & workflows
- Maintain accurate and updated records for all relevant trackers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written to both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
- Excellent command of English, ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu) is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skillsets are also welcomed to apply.
