Job Description: Assist with all aspects of SPX's in-house/in-source couriers, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, payroll and disciplinary processes. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project continuity and execution Identify and resolve operational challenges and develop effective solutions Support the improvement and optimization of existing project processes & workflows Maintain accurate and updated records for all relevant trackers Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line Requirements: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written to both internal and external stakeholders Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc) Excellent command of English, ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu) is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skillsets are also welcomed to apply.
