- Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects with the aim of generating leads and arranging appointments for the sales team.
- Evaluate and validate sales prospects by collecting pertinent information from potential clients.
- Keep customer databases current and accurate by regularly updating information.
- Aid in creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Offer administrative assistance to the sales department, encompassing tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document organization.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to synchronize telemarketing efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and establish positive rapport with both potential and existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product details, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the advantages and features of our offerings to potential clients.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
