• Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects with the aim of generating leads and arranging appointments for the sales team.
• Evaluate and validate sales prospects by collecting pertinent information from potential clients.
• Keep customer databases current and accurate by regularly updating information.
• Aid in creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Offer administrative assistance to the sales department, encompassing tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document organization.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to synchronize telemarketing efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish positive rapport with both potential and existing clients.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
