The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and looking for a Sales Support as part of their growth strategy. Duties And Responsibility Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects with the aim of generating leads and arranging appointments for the sales team. Evaluate and validate sales prospects by collecting pertinent information from potential clients. Keep customer databases current and accurate by regularly updating information. Aid in creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Offer administrative assistance to the sales department, encompassing tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document organization. Coordinate with the marketing team to synchronize telemarketing efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns and strategies. Provide excellent customer service and establish positive rapport with both potential and existing clients. Stay informed about industry trends, product details, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the advantages and features of our offerings to potential clients. Skill/experience Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
