We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the team and lead HR initiatives within the Regional Commercial Department. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, guidance, and solutions to drive business objectives and foster a high-performance culture within the Regional Commercial Department.Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders within the Commercial Department to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the Commercial Department, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent.Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, to drive employee engagement and productivity.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders on employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively and in accordance with company policies and regulations.Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational development and change initiatives within the Commercial Department to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.Learning and Development: Partner with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the Commercial Department, ensuring continuous learning and skill development.HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track and analyze key HR indicators within the Commercial Department, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, within the Commercial Department, minimizing legal risks and liabilities.Great remuneration and rewards culture|A market leading organisation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a focus on supporting commercial functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
