- 3-5 years of Human Resources working experience with minimum of 1-2 years HRBP or relevant working experience.
- Experience in Payroll, Talent Management, training & development and Succession Planning will be an added advantage.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Willing to travel as & when required.
- Partner with Senior HRBP ensuring a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Coach and mentor business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate, including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience in dealing with outsource consultants in monthly payroll arrangements.
- Guide employees through their onboarding experience, providing a great landing program, and conduct onboarding training to educate HR information.
- Support ordinary HR core works for employee life cycle such as employee retention through exit interviews, skip level with employees, employee satisfaction survey and others.
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
