Job Responsibility Manage official company documents such as minutes and resolutions. Liaise with SSM, LHDN, and other related agencies. Advise clients on compliance matters. Ensure corporate files and records are consistently complete and well-organized. Job Requirements Achieve at least SPM education. At least 1 year of experience in a company secretary role or secretarial firm. Proficient in preparing resolutions and SSM documents, and well-versed in the SSM system. Knowledgeable in handling director changes, shareholding matters, and new company registrations. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Detail-oriented, responsible, and professional in client communications.
