  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Tanggungjawab
  • Coordinate sales activities and maintain sales documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
  • Track sales performance and generate reports
  • Liaise with logistics and other departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain customer database and update records regularly
  • Assist sales team with client follow-ups and appointments
