- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Coordinate sales activities and maintain sales documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Track sales performance and generate reports
- Liaise with logistics and other departments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Assist sales team with client follow-ups and appointments
