Job Responsibilities: Coordination and planning of events (Cross functional organization wide) (e.g. meetings, kickoffs.) and other events as required Arrange internal and external meetings/conferences including offsite meetings Maintenance of company assets such as laptops, ipads and iphones etc Book meeting rooms and arrange for office access cards for the team Responsible for office administration matters such as processing rental payment, phone bills payment Centralize and control of all office services supplies and equipment (e.g. copiers) Assist and support team in the facilitation of obtaining approval on marketing collaterals. Search for and consolidate references relevant to marketing collaterals for approvals. Assist in the compliance system clearance for customer engagement initiatives and marketing initiatives. To support business in the production of marketing collaterals, events and any other marketing initiatives. Submit Purchase orders to vendor according to marketing projects/needs and any other products/services Sample ordering and co-ordination as and when required for special event/ projects / submission. Co-ordinate and track samples issuance, redemption rates Generation of sales and marketing report and necessary presentation Managing the office inventory on POSM, samples, gimmicks etc. Assisting in search and consolidate market information for business need Support other SEA countries where required Skills and Experience: Education: Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Relevant Experience: Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience in Medical Device Business or related industry preferred Job Proficiency requirements Strong planning, organizing and time leadership skills Interpersonal skills and good teammate Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter and able to work independently High Degree of Proficiency with Office Automation Software Show more Show less
