Job Overview Mereka is looking for a HRDC-Certified Trainer with strong expertise in AI and Generative AI (Gen-AI) tools to join our growing team. As a Trainer at Mereka, you will design and deliver learning experiences that equip participants-from beginners to advanced professionals-with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to leverage cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Copilot, ElevenLabs, and more). Your role will be instrumental in shaping how learners, educators, and professionals adopt and integrate AI into their work, enhancing productivity, creativity, and innovation. What you will be doing Develop and deliver AI-focused training programs, workshops, and hands-on labs tailored to various audiences (from students and educators to corporate professionals). Provide practical, scenario-based learning on Gen-AI platforms (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Copilot, ElevenLabs, etc.), including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and ethical AI use, etc. Conduct both in-person and online training sessions using interactive and experiential methodologies. Identify participants' learning needs, measure learning outcomes, and refine training programs for continuous improvement. Mentor trainers, educators, and facilitators to deliver AI training at scale. Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, applications, and best practices, integrating them into training modules. Maintain accurate training records, session feedback, and participant progress to ensure impact tracking and compliance. You&aposre an ideal candidate if... Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). HRDC Certification is required. Proven experience delivering technology or AI-related training to diverse audiences. Strong knowledge of AI concepts, Gen-AI platforms, and prompt engineering techniques . Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners while challenging advanced learners.
