Job description - Checking the quality and safety of food products at various stages of production, processing, packaging, storage, and distribution. - Test food samples for physical, chemical, and microbiological properties, such as color, texture, flavor, moisture, acidity, pH, shelf life, allergens, contaminants, and pathogens. - Inspect food facilities and equipment for hygiene, sanitation, and maintenance, and report any issues or deviations from food standards and regulations.Requirements Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field Some relevant work experience in the food industry or a laboratory setting Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and time management Familiar with various food testing methods and equipment, food standards and regulations, food safety management systems, and quality assurance principles.Benefits Please get in touch with us for more information.Additional Information
