- You are responsible to perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and updates of all products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision.
- You are responsible to communicate and accept all operative advice from the Customer Care Centre.
- You are responsible to support the SERVOR Service process and ensure optimal performance in all process activities related to within his/her area of responsibility.
- You are responsible to escalate incidents directly to the "Regional Support Center" (RSC) according to the defined parameters Inform Customer Care Centre on all escalation issues.
- You are responsible to report any customer complaints with proper documentation to the CCC.
- You are responsible to ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment and report the usage on any related service report.
- You are responsible to maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
- 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare Field service engineering.
- You have experience in service, maintenance and/or installation activities in multimodalities such as Angio, PET-CT and X-Ray system.
- Bachelor's degree in (Biomedical, Electrical & Electronics) engineering preferable.
- Diploma/Advance Diploma with strong technical background (Biomedical, Electrical & Electronics).
- You should be confident enough to face customer on site.
- You have learning attitude.
- Good command over English and Local language.
- Ready to travel extensively for on call support.
