We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in CNC precision machining. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining processes for new and existing products. Create detailed process documentation including work instructions, setup sheets, and tool lists. Evaluate and select appropriate cutting tools, fixturing, and machining parameters. Conduct process capability studies and root cause analysis of machining-related issues. Lead or support NPI projects, ensuring manufacturability of components. Collaborate with Engineering to provide DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) feedback. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, scrap, and cost. Train and support machinists on new processes and best practices. Support maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, or related field More than 5 years of experience in a CNC precision machining environment. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of machinists and other staff Experience with CAD/CAM software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
