- Minimum 5 years working experience in plywood manufacturing industry
- General knowledge in Mechanical engineering and automation
- Good understanding of AUTOCAD application
- Able to work in long working hour
- Proficient in Malay & Mandarin language
- Lead, direct and trains subordinate / mechanic in performing job tasks.
- Oversee and ensure all mechanic perform all tasks as per specification.
- Perform mechanical maintenance planning & scheduling
- Update and analyses report of Work Order checklist
- Ensure compliance Factory & Machinery Act regulation & requirement, company policy and safety related law and regulations
- Supervise progress and performance of project and fabrication work
- Carries out troubleshooting for machine breakdown
- Coordinate and plan with all other departments on equipment repair & maintenance issues.
- Participate in discussion with other departments in process and quality improvement.
- Ensure the availability of mechanical spare parts and manpower
- To perform other duties internal / external that may assign by management from time to time
