Job Summary We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow and manage our portfolio of high-tier clients - including top hotels, fine dining restaurants, and hospitality groups. This role blends proactive outreach with long-term relationship management, requiring someone who can think consultatively and navigate complex sales cycles with care and strategy. You&aposll be responsible for both prospecting new business (hunting) and nurturing existing accounts (farming) , often managing extended tender processes and tailoring our solutions to fit the distinct needs of each client. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new high-value clients within the hospitality and fine dining sectors Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key accounts to drive long-term growth Conduct outbound outreach via calls, meetings, and proposals to introduce BoomGrow's value proposition Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for each client's operational and sourcing needs Manage tender processes, including documentation, follow-ups, and presenting value-driven proposals Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics to ensure service excellence Represent BoomGrow at industry events, client meetings, and tastings as needed What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (hospitality/F&B experience is a bonus) Background in culinary, hospitality, or foodservice is an advantage but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident with both cold outreach and executive-level conversations Strategic thinker who can diagnose client needs and design tailored solutions Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Willingness to learn the ins and outs of premium agricultural produce and sustainable sourcing Diploma or Degree in any field.
