- As a Business Development Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their dream roles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business
- Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
- Drawing in exceptional candidates by using strong engagement techniques.
- Supporting clients and candidates during interviews and offer stages to create a smooth process.
- Working together in a driven team environment, inspiring one another to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Experience in Sales and/or Recruitment
