Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Staff SAP FICO Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) to support global SAP implementations, enhancements, and user support. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality SAP solutions across our global operations.Key responsibilities:

Lead and execute SAP FICO implementation and support activities, with a primary focus on AP and GL modules.
Collaborate with business owners to gather and analyze requirements, design system solutions, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
Provide expert-level configuration and support for SAP FICO, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Functional Specification Documents, Business Process Procedures (BPPs), and User Manuals.
Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SAP FICO.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with strong expertise in AP and GL configuration and support, experience with VIM is preferred.
Proven ability to manage SAP change requests independently from requirement gathering to deployment.
Solid understanding of SAP FICO integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD) and external systems (MY e-Invoice)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
Experience working in a global environment with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
