Your new role Lead month-end and quarterly closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with global standards and internal systems. Maintain and manage financial master data including cost/profit centres, product hierarchies, and pricing structures. Prepare and analyze financial statements, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align insights and actions. Handle accounting queries, draft technical memos, and review journal entries with precision. Coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responses. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and internal financial guidelines. Support policy updates, internal controls, and remediation efforts. Drive digitalisation and process improvement initiatives within the finance function. Conduct training sessions to upskill team members and foster a culture of continuous learning. Champion service quality and operational excellence across finance operations What you&aposll need to succeed Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, MIA) is highly desirable. 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to audit firms (Big-4 or mid-tier). Strong grasp of IFRS, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., P58, Esprit, Adstar) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
