Job Description & Summary We are looking for an experienced, driven and senior healthcare professional, specialising in operations and digital transformation, to work with PwC South East Asia Consulting. The Director (Healthcare Operations and Digital Transformation) will work closely with our Strategy & Operations team in Malaysia / Indonesia (flexible location) and in the broader South East Asia region (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines) to drive delivery of consulting projects and business development for healthcare clients. This will include the following areas (non-exhaustive): Operational readiness and efficiency Optimisation of patient, staff and logistics flows Optimisation of procurement, supply chain and project management operations Process improvement (e.g. clinical workflows) Adoption of digital health solutions and digital transformation opportunities (e.g. ERP transformations, CRM transformations) The Director (Healthcare Operations and Digital Transformation) will be responsible for driving strategic business development with healthcare (both public and private) clients across the region, including developing propositions and proposals, thought leadership and client events. This may include collaboration with broader APAC and global health industries teams within PwC. Requirements (essential): 10+ years experience in the healthcare industry and / or healthcare consulting, in operations, strategy and / or transformation roles Experience leading significant transformation projects for healthcare clients (whether in primary, secondary or tertiary care settings), including digital transformation projects Strong ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities, effectively handle competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes to deadlines Proven track record of developing credible relationships with senior-level staff in the healthcare industry Strong experience managing diverse teams in a consulting or healthcare (industry) setting Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal), including in preparing and delivering reports and presentations for both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers Requirements (desirable): Experience in a consulting context Masters in Healthcare Operations or Management, or a similar postgraduate qualification Certifications relating to Operations (Lean Six Sigma etc) Familiarity with the South East Asia region Education Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications Required Skills Optional Skills Desired Languages English Travel Requirements Up to 40% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship No Government Clearance Required No June 30, 2024
