The stores are uniquely zoned by key sports categories which include; SD Football, SD Running, SD Training (fitness, cross training, gym equipment, weights, boxing, yoga), SD Rackets (badminton, tennis, squash), SD Swimming (pool, beach, water sports), SD Sports (basketball, rugby, extreme games, cycling, skates & indoor games), SD Lifestyle (Men, Women & Kids) & SD Outdoor (Hiking, trekking, camping & fishing).Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include but not limited to:

Develop and execute design concepts for various projects.
Lead end to end Retail Store Fit out & renovation projects (Planning to handover)
Details Drawings, 3 D rendering & Presentations
Coordinate with Landlords, consultants and contractors for smooth execution.
Managing contractors, Project timelines, cost and site issues & projects quality standards
Internal Coordination - Working closely with internal Teams, providing consistant project updates.
Support continuous improvement of project processes
Team Player with clear communication skills

QualificationsRequirements:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design , Architect, or related field.
5-7 years of professional experience in project design.
Have knowledge in Software Auto CAD, Revit , 3D Studio Max , Adobe , Microsoft etc
Strong portfolio showcasing previous project designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
Have knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
