Job Description 【Work in Beauty Department】
・Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans for the beauty department.
・Collaborate with suppliers to curate a diverse and appealing product assortment.
・Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to maximize sales.
・Lead and mentor the merchandising team, ensuring effective communication and goal
achievement.
・Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and minimize overstock or stockouts.
・Drive promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and customer
engagement.
・Work closely with the marketing team to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional
activities.
Salary 8000~10000 (RM)
Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements ✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the beauty sector.
✓Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
✓In-depth knowledge of beauty products, industry trends, and consumer preferences.
✓Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
