- Generate, track, review performance and recommend adjustments to achieve sales, margin, and turnover goals.
- Develop product plans, stock plans and strategies at collection, categories, sku level.
- Research, propose and set creative direction for products and packaging development including mood boards, sketches and technical drawings.
- Negotiate with new and existing quality suppliers to achieve best quality, pricing, profit margin and trading terms.
- Proven experience in merchandising (jewelry/fashion)
- Strong analytical skills and have a good understanding on current fashion trend
