Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment to join our in-office team in Klang, Selangor. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes and capable of handling diverse hiring needs across technical and non-technical functions. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles Work closely with hiring managers to gather requirements and define role expectations Source candidates using various methods including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs Manage and update records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with proven exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools Ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings Skills: recruitment,it,non-it,hiring,it recruitment,ats Show more Show less
