- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple markets, from requisition to offer.
- Collaborate with HR teams in other countries to review and filter candidate profiles.
- Implement structured pre-screening tools, including skills tests, questionnaires, and assessments.
- Develop and enforce interview scorecards aligned with aCloud’s values and role requirements.
- Train hiring managers on structured candidate evaluation to reduce reliance on subjective judgement.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and databases, including time-to-hire, candidate pipeline, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Strengthen employer branding across job boards, LinkedIn, and regional platforms.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with regional coverage.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and candidate assessment tools (e.g. TestGorilla, Codility, HireVue).
- Strong organisational and process-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with ability to manage multi-country hiring.
- Execution-driven and results-oriented.
- Best to have broader HR-related experience outside of recruitment (e.g. HR operations, employee engagement, or compliance).
