- Diploma, degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT or automation, electrical is preferred.
- 1+ years of experiences in similar technical services job.
- Experiences in inspection supplier or printing machinery would be bonus.
- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin as most of the counterpart based in China & Hong Kong.
- Hard working, self motivated, and a good team player.
- Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings.
- Familiar with office software, such as office and WPS; Know how to use AutoCAD basically
- Able to start in short notice
- Open only for Malaysian
- Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
- Pay frequent customer visit for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.
- Handle machine maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
- Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.
