✔Position: Customer Service Engineer
✔Working Days: Monday to Friday
✔Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM
✔Working Location: WFH + travels around Penang (remote work)
✔Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal upon performance)Job Description:
✔Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
✔Pay ferquent customer visit for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.
✔Handle machine maintainance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
✔Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.Requirement and Experience:
✔1+ years of experiences in similar technical services job (Inspection supplier/printing machinery).
✔Min in Diploma degree or above (mechanical, IT/automation, electrical).
✔Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings.
✔Knows how to use AutoCAD basically.
