Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Assistant to support the rollout of our new CRM system. You will assist the main Person-in-Charge (PIC) with training coordination, communication, and data support to ensure a smooth system implementation. Key Responsibilities: Support CRM rollout activities, including scheduling, logistics, and updates Assist in preparing training materials and coordinating training sessions Track attendance, gather feedback, and support sessions (virtual/in-person) Help with data migration, entry, and user feedback collection Requirements: Experience in customer service, admin, or project coordination Strong organization and communication skills Familiar with Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
