· Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with XXX Brand identity and business goal· Create, curate and manage engaging content (text, images, video and graphics) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS)· Monitor social media trend, audience behaviour and competitor activities to enhance engagement and reach· Interact with follower, respond to inquiries and build a strong online community.· Collaborate with Internal teams to work on related digital marketing projects / Campaigns· Analyse performance metrics and optimise content strategies based on insights and analytics

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
