Assist in securing strategic collaborations to expand market portfolio. Assist in forecast business growth, track and analyse existing collaborations, as well as identify further areas of opportunity for growth by finding new value propositions. Assist in managing and liaising with strategic partners to ensure all strategies and marketing plans are executed and up-to-date. Assist in exploring new business opportunities and brand growth through partnerships. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative digital marketing approaches. Responsible and work closely with the team and consultants in create compelling and engaging content for marketing campaigns including social media postings, email marketing, website content and offline marketing. Analyse the performance and metrics of marketing campaigns and to provide insight into how campaigns can be improved. Ensure submission of reports are completed timely and accurately. Key Requirements: Possess a Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing campaigns (both digital and conventional marketing) will be an added advantage. Matured personality with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from all levels. High level of initiative with a good ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines. Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly. Experience & proven performance to thrive in a dynamic & fast paced work environment. Good command of English and Malay with a flair for report writing in English.
