What You Can Expect The primary objective of the Sales Representative- Recon is to ensure attainment of sales objectives by providing excellent service and advice to current customers within an assigned hospitals / clinics / surgeons, whilst also leveraging new and existing business with the aim of growing market share. How You&aposll Create Impact Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives Build and establish relationships with key decision markers to grow sales and market share Liaise with Sales & Marketing Manager to identify business growth opportunities; develop/execute sales plans Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of instruments and products in surgeries Work with Operations/Distributors to ensure the delivery of complete instrument and implant to customer/operating theatre Conduct product training/workshops Actively participate in product training/workshops to enhance product knowledge and surgical techniques Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customers This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions". What Makes You Stand Out Good selling and interpersonal skills plus pleasant personality Strong focus to drive sales Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed Your Background Degree or Diploma in Life Science/Science Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to hospital Experience in scrubbing / clinical support in an operating theatre environment is preferred Travel Expectations Show more Show less
