Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Learning & Development (L&D) with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of training programs. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing HRDC grant applications, and ensuring seamless delivery of both internal and external training initiatives. Key Responsibilities Training Coordination & Execution Plan, organize, and coordinate in-house and public training programs aligned with organizational needs. Manage training logistics including venue, catering, training materials, attendance tracking, and evaluation. Register employees for training programs and issue training communications and confirmations. Maintain and update the organization's training calendar and employee training records. HRDC (HRD Corp) Grant Management Prepare and submit HRDC grant applications (SBL Khas, PENJANA, etc.). Monitor claim submissions and reimbursements in compliance with HRDC requirements. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for audit purposes. Liaise with HRDC officers and remain updated on latest HRD Corp guidelines and schemes. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the main liaison between trainers, vendors, department heads, and participants. Coordinate feedback and post-training evaluations from stakeholders to assess program effectiveness. Support business units in identifying learning needs and aligning them with development initiatives. Onboarding & Induction Support the development and execution of onboarding programs for new hires including hospital tours and induction modules. Ensure timely delivery of induction kits, materials, and schedules. Monitoring & Reporting Track training hours and generate regular reports for management review. Maintain training dashboards and ensure data accuracy. Analyze trends in participation and training effectiveness. Employee Engagement & Special Projects Support the coordination of engagement activities and company events (e.g., Town Halls, Walk-In Interviews, Nurses Day). Participate in cross-departmental committees for major events (e.g., Sports Day, Fun Run). Assist in multimedia content creation and video editing for internal communications and events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in Learning & Development or HR functions. Experience with HRDC grant application and claim processes is essential. Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS or HRMS systems is an added advantage. Creative, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
