Ensure governance for 5G SA architecture, cloud-native core (VNFs, CNFs, SDN/NFV orchestration) Perform real-time analysis of signaling and packet logs (Wireshark, protocol analyzers, network probes). Deliver incident updates and root-cause reports, ensure post-mortem governance. Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, network diagrams (HLD/LLD), workflows, and audit documentation. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards (telecom codes, ISO, GDPR, etc.). Support SLA and incident ticketing audits. Bachelor's in Telecommunications, ECE, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years in telecom core networks (MSC/MGW, IMS, EPC/5GC, 5G Core). Proven war-room experience and incident troubleshooting credentials. Hands-on with lifecycle tasks: deployments, patching, upgrades, decommissioning. Skilled in capacity and performance governance aligned with SLAs. Familiarity with RAN, interconnect, billing systems (OSS/BSS) and regulations.
