Provide some educational information for other team members on processes and steps to be followed. The Security Supervisor reports to the appropriate Country Security Manager. In addition, the Security Supervisor is intended to serve as the principal security resource to the Site. The Security Supervisor leads and monitors performance of the security officers on duty and activates additional resource support under changing operational conditions. You are to administer security systems, policies, and procedures in compliance with Company directives, guidelines, and the law. In this role, you will administer physical security operations for the site. Use established protocols to minimize occurrences of Loss Prevention Access control management to manage pedestrian and vehicular traffic Conduct monitoring through the use of installed surveillance systems Ensure subordinates and outsourced officers adhere to duty post and relief schedules Make changes to duty assignments based on operational or business needs Deliver appropriate support security service or support to other functional groups using security best practices as a guide Participate in the development of global security policies Establish and manage positive relationships with key internal partners Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and security providers Conduct physical security risk assessments on an annual basis and in alignment with corporate guidelines Consult Country Security Manager on investigations, as appropriate, in keeping with corporate requirements Monitor conformance of outsourced guards to security post orders (or contract expectations) through the use of (KPI) key performance indicators Monitor and ensure implementation and maintenance of a security personnel training program Administer general and emergency communication systems to include management of the Security Control Room, where applicable, and Lobby operations Other: To engage with site leadership team on security updates, improvement projects and any other site related improvements or project executions Act as cover for Country Security Manager during his absence! Assist the Country Security Manager in managing your operational budget expenditure for your Site. Perform any other security related duties as directed by your superiors. Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Security management (preferred) or Security related filed. 5 years on corporate working experience Knowledge in any Security systems, such as Lennel or access management systems. Must be IT Savvy, Microsoft applications, mobile and other business-related services platforms. Creative and have passion in implementing innovative physical security solutions to tackle exciting business problems. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Willing to work in a diverse team and challenging environment to achieve a common goal through effective collaboration and commitment. Required to provide operation support and rotational based on call support. Required to work in various areas such as warehouses, production floors, throughout the building/site. Applicant who demonstrated good project management skill and had exposure to security related activities such as ISO/ISMS audits and risk assessments.
