Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist located in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam. The Senior Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer service operations, addressing customer concerns, developing and implementing new ideas for enhancing customer experience, managing customer experience team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role Proven ability to lead and manage teams Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software platforms Experience in the fashion industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
