- Effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convey information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Immediate availability to start within two weeks.
