Job Description Key Responsibilities: Support the company's budget, quarterly forecasts, and projections based on the company's 3 year direction. Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives. Consolidate and analyze financial data from business units and various systems to provide insights into key business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Management Reporting: Prepare and present monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for CFO. Monitor KPI and provide commentaries on performances and recommend key improvement areas. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and analysis to CFO. Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and provide financial insights. Act as a business partner to business units, supporting decision-making with data-driven analysis. Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency through automation or system enhancements. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP), and internal controls. Support for External Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, board presentations, and investor materials. Coordinate with external auditors or advisors where necessary. Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
