- Diploma/Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate a team of operators.
- Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts and adapt to fast-paced production requirements.
- Lead and oversee a team of production operators on the manufacturing line.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and 5S standards at all times.
- Monitor daily output to meet production schedules, efficiency, and quality goals.
- Support training, coaching, and performance of operators to improve skills and productivity.
- Troubleshoot minor line issues and escalate technical problems to engineers/technicians when needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean practices, and teamwork on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.
