Finance Assistant

• Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
• At least 1 years of related experience will be an advantage
• Able to handle full set of account
• Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Language：Mandarin/English

• Serve as a financial contact window for external auditors, special government audit projects;
• Responsible for Malaysian tax returns;
• Review and match all invoices to ensure accuracy of vendor purchases and employee reimbursements;
• Provide payment details to the head office for review and payment;
• Prepare accounting vouchers and books of account and perform bookkeeping, closing and reconciliation.
• Handle Human Resource and administrative jobs and assist with purchasing job;
• Other work assigned by superiors.
