Job Responsibility Financial Management Assisting superior to oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, adhering to accounting principles and local regulations. Financial Reporting Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and Bursa Malaysia listing regulations. Financial Analysis Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company's performance. Make recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Optimize working capital by monitoring and controlling receivables and payables. Taxation And Compliance Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and coordinate with external tax advisors. Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time. Audit Coordination Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process. Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes. Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (a professional accounting qualification and audit experience from previous job is a plus). Several years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations. Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements for Local authority requirements. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and attention to detail and accuracy Job Benifits EPF & Socso Annual leave
