Job Description Get to Know the Team The Strategy & Projects (S&P) team works with multiple departments in Grab to drive continuous improvements and lead special projects which would contribute to overall growth of the business. The team generates business insights, propose data-driven strategies, and lead large-scale projects to grow the business across Mobility, Deliveries (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress), and Jaya Grocer. Get to Know the Role As an intern in our team, you will help with our E-commerce Projects. This is a paid internship role, reporting to Strategy and Projects, Manager and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will help implement new delivery projects, providing support on content management, optimizing operational workflows, and other ad hoc tasks. You will support minor automation and tech enhancement projects to improve operational efficiency and scale our business. You will conduct uncover insights and make recommendations on your findings. You will support project management, collaborating with teams on efforts and provide support for ad hoc projects.
