We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Creative Strategy Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for drafting creative proposals and generating creative ideas. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various departments, including strategy and business development, to drive client success and support new business efforts. Responsibilities Assist in preparing proposals for clients, ensuring they are compelling, well-researched, and aligned with client objectives. Design and develop visually appealing presentation decks to support client pitches and internal meetings. Provide support on projects from inception to completion, including research, briefing and idea generation. Work closely with the team to support client, agency, and new business efforts. Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative teams, ensuring productive and innovative idea generation. Assist in managing projects through all phases, ensuring timely and successful execution. Perform other tasks as needed to support the team. Qualifications Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or relevant field. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus point. Strong research and analytical skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines. Proactive go-getter with a growth mindset, eager to take on challenges and contribute to team success.
