This role is responsible for managing data and providing support to the stakeholders and employees in Korea market.

Provide support to Korean-speaking employees on HR-related inquiries, including benefits, policies, and procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for Korean-speaking employees, ensuring a smooth transition into and out of the organization.

Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. You are required to deal with Korean stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years HR support, HRSS, HR admin or a similar role preferred.
